Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

Cancellation Before Commencement: A full or partial refund may be granted if the service is cancelled prior to the start of any work.

Service No Longer Required: If you inform us in writing that the service is no longer needed before any engineering assessment, planning, or fieldwork begins, you may be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

Work has already begun, including consultations, diagnostics, site visits, or any technical preparation.

Cancellations due to lack of client communication or delays caused on the client side.

Project scope has changed after work has started.

Custom engineering services, deliverables, or analysis have been initiated or completed.

4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
